We’re looking for a process-oriented IT Service Desk Specialist with broad knowledge of server and client systems hardware. You will install, manage, and maintain computers, servers, telephones, and network systems to ensure stable operation of TeKnowledge’ IT assets. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity and stability of voice, data, and VPN connections to our internal network and our partner’s network. Your day-to-day routine will include analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues, troubleshooting network performance issues, and maintaining a high level of information security to ensure alignment with our global corporate strategy.

Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain all hardware and ensure software compliance
- Manage the Active Directory and Office365 environment
- Coordinate with other IT personnel to resolve issues
- Use and monitor device connectivity, policy compliance, and the corporate VPN
- Oversee asset management
- Support ACRA profiles and PBX devices
- Provide technical support for other teams
- Manage backup & restore file sharing
- Conduct regular system health checks and maintain safety standards that comply with TeKnowledge' and the partner’s HSSE standard
- Support business continuity by fully understanding and ensuring compliance with the Disaster Recovery Plan
- Participate in disaster recovery exercises
- Serve as the site’s technical representative during a crisis
Qualifications
- Proficiency in both written and oral English
- Familiarity with server and client system hardware and mobile device management
- Proficiency in Client OS (Windows 10 and 11)
- Familiarity with networking devices, LAN/WAN concepts, data transmission, routing, protocol stack, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with Active Directory and PowerShell
- Experience with O365 and messaging applications like Exchange, Lync, SharePoint or equivalent
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and backup software
- Proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to self-manage
- Excellent crisis management and troubleshooting skills
